I can't sign in.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password to receive a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email info@worshipwire.io and we'll help you recover the account.

How do I join my church?

After signing up, search for your church by name or ask your church admin for a join link. Most churches require admin approval before you can see the directory and member-only content. If your church doesn't appear in search, it may not be on WorshipWire yet — feel free to forward your pastor to worshipwire.io/churches.

I'm a pastor or church admin. How do I set up our church?

Tap Start a new church on the signup screen (or from inside the app: Profile → Start a new church). You'll be set as the founding admin and can invite other staff and members from there. See worshipwire.io/churches for a feature walkthrough.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Open Settings → Notifications on your device and make sure notifications are allowed for WorshipWire. Inside the app, check Profile → Communication Preferences — some categories can be muted there. If it still isn't working, email us.

How do I report inappropriate content or block another user?

Tap and hold (or use the menu on) any message, prayer, or post to report it. You can also block another user directly from their profile or from Profile → Blocked users. We review every report within 24 hours and act on confirmed violations of our Terms of Service.

How do I manage my subscription?

Church subscriptions are managed on the web. Sign in at worshipwire.io from any browser — you'll find billing, plan changes, and invoices under Settings → Billing.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app: Profile → Security → Delete Account. The deletion runs immediately. For details on what is removed, anonymized, or kept, see our account deletion page.
