Two things. First, WorshipWire is genuinely all-in-one: bulletins, events, prayer, groups, check-in, website builder, volunteer scheduling, forms, sermons, email campaigns, and more, all in a single platform. No integrations to manage, no extra subscriptions. Second, the Church Network: you can connect with other churches, join organizations, and help people discover congregations with shared beliefs. No other platform does this.

The Church Network lets churches connect directly with one another and join organizations (denominations, associations, city networks, or any group). When someone finds a church they like, they can explore that church's connections and organizations to discover other like-minded congregations. It's built on real relationships, not search algorithms, so the churches you find are ones that are genuinely connected and trusted by people you already know.

You get a unique join link and QR code for your church. Share them on your website, in the bulletin, on a poster at the door, or in an email. People open the link, sign in, and request to join. You approve them in the admin panel and they are instantly connected to your church. You can even print the QR code directly from the app.

We intentionally don't process donations. Instead, you embed your existing giving platform (Tithe.ly, Pushpay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or any provider you prefer) directly into WorshipWire and your church website. Your congregation taps "Give" and goes straight to your provider. This means you keep your existing setup, your existing rates, and full control of your finances.

We take data privacy seriously. Your church's data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and member information is only visible to approved members and administrators. We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising or marketing purposes. Like most modern apps, WorshipWire relies on a small set of service providers (cloud hosting, usage analytics, and performance monitoring) that process data only on our behalf, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy. Prayer requests and pastoral care notes are treated with the highest confidentiality.

Custom domain support is available on the Large Churches plan. You can point your existing domain (e.g., yourchurch.org) to your WorshipWire-built website. The Foundation plan includes a clean worshipwire.io URL for your church site, and custom subdomains are coming soon.

Three plans for new churches. Network is free forever and gives your church a profile listing plus access to the WorshipWire network. Connect ($15/mo or $150/yr) adds digital visitor cards, QR codes, and visitor follow-up. Foundation ($79/mo or $790/yr) gets you everything in WorshipWire: an all-inclusive platform with bulletins, groups, check-in, childcare, volunteer scheduling, sermons, email campaigns, and more, for up to 300 members. Yearly billing is 2 months free, and you can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.
