Accessibility Statement
WorshipWire is committed to making our mobile apps and website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, switch controls, or voice input.
Our conformance goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new and changed features against this goal as part of our development process, and we work to fix issues we find or that are reported to us.
What we do
- Label interactive controls so screen readers can announce them, and set a logical reading and focus order.
- Support your device's own accessibility settings, including larger text sizes, bold text, reduced motion, and increased contrast.
- Aim for text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Make forms, buttons, and links reachable and operable with a keyboard or switch device on the web.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Service may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some complex screens (such as the service-planning and scheduling views) may have incomplete screen-reader labeling or focus handling.
- User-generated content — including photos, documents, and files uploaded by churches and members — may lack text alternatives or may not be structured accessibly, because it is created by users rather than by WorshipWire.
- Some third-party components (for example, payment pages hosted by Stripe) are governed by those providers' own accessibility practices.
- The web app is built with Flutter; while we work to expose proper semantics, some interactions may behave differently with assistive technology than a traditional HTML page would.
We are actively working to reduce these gaps and will update this statement as we make progress.

Formal complaints
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by replying to our response and asking for a review by a manager. You also retain any rights you have under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, or other applicable state and federal law.
